Password Manager 4.8

Password manager orders the questions by the order they are added to the conosole.
It is not alphabetic as you would logically expect

To change the order we had to
disable the first question
add the same question so it was the last question added to the list (but subtly change its name)
deselect the first question in the group
add the newly added question to the group
apply

The order its displayed below will be the order its listed for the users when they register for Password Manager Self Service.
